劉學釗,研究員,腦認知與髓鞘發育研究組組長。2006年本科畢業于天津科技大學,2009年碩士畢業于南開大學,2015年于中國科學院大學取得博士學位。于2017年7月至2025年1月在美國辛辛那提兒童醫院醫學中心從事博士后研究工作。參與完成了美國國家多發性硬化癥協會 (National Multiple Sclerosis Society) 的科研項目。 代表性研究成果以第一及共同第一作者身份發表在《Cell》、《Nature Neuroscience》和《Journal of Cell Biology》等國際頂尖期刊上。

腦認知與髓鞘發育研究組

在中樞神經系統的精密網絡中,髓鞘作為少突膠質細胞(oligodendrocytes, OLs)構建的功能性鞘狀結構,是神經系統高效運作的核心基礎。這一由脂質與蛋白質組成的髓鞘層不僅通過絕緣作用將神經信號傳導速度提升數十倍,更通過能量代謝調控機制優化神經元的資源利用效率,成為維持神經網絡動態平衡的關鍵環節。

髓鞘發育異常或損傷與神經發育性疾病、認知障礙及神經退行性疾病的發生發展密切相關。最新研究表明,髓鞘細胞還通過分泌神經營養因子、代謝底物等方式,為軸突長期存活與功能維持提供營養支持,其作用已延伸至神經網絡的可塑性調控與腦認知功能的基礎機制研究。

基于上述科學發現,本研究組從實驗動物模型出發,聚焦神經網絡的髓鞘化調控機制,通過多尺度成像技術(光鏡-電鏡關聯成像、功能磁共振)、單細胞轉錄組分析及類器官模型、并結合細胞分子生物學和生物化學等手段,系統解析髓鞘形成對神經環路信息傳遞效率的調控規律。研究目標旨在揭示髓鞘-神經元-膠質細胞交互作用的分子網絡,為神經發育疾病的干預策略及認知功能重塑提供新的理論依據。
