時(shí)穎超,研究員,神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圖譜與認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究組組長(zhǎng);2018年于中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物物理研究所獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2018年9月至2022年10月,先后在中國(guó)科學(xué)院生物物理研究所擔(dān)任助理研究員、副研究員。 2022年11月起,擔(dān)任廣東省智能科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究院神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圖譜與認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究組組長(zhǎng)、研究員。獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目、廣東省杰出青年項(xiàng)目、科技創(chuàng)新2030“腦科學(xué)與類腦研究”重大項(xiàng)目和中國(guó)科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會(huì)人才項(xiàng)目等資助。時(shí)穎超研究員長(zhǎng)期致力于中間神經(jīng)元多樣性形成機(jī)制的研究,近三年研究成果以第一作者/共同通訊發(fā)表于Science、Cell Research、PLOS Biology和Current Opinion in Neurobiology等雜志。

神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圖譜與認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究組:

大腦是哺乳動(dòng)物最復(fù)雜的器官,理解大腦的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能是最具挑戰(zhàn)性的前沿科學(xué)問(wèn)題,是理解認(rèn)知、思維、意識(shí)和語(yǔ)言(腦功能)的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。復(fù)雜而精細(xì)的腦功能活動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有賴于多樣的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的協(xié)作及神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建立。系統(tǒng)解析大腦中神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的類型、基因表達(dá)特征、神經(jīng)元放電模式及網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接模式等信息,對(duì)于繪制神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圖譜和解析認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)至關(guān)重要。該研究方向?qū)τ诮沂灸X功能和腦疾病機(jī)制及治療靶點(diǎn)有重要意義。

本課題組應(yīng)用單細(xì)胞多組學(xué)技術(shù),聯(lián)合分子和細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、電生理學(xué)、行為學(xué)等多種技術(shù)手段,繪制包含神經(jīng)細(xì)胞類型、分子特征及網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接模式等多維度信息的人和小鼠腦神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圖譜及認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時(shí),本課題組還致力于三維類腦器官培養(yǎng)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新及應(yīng)用,并以此為模型來(lái)探究神經(jīng)發(fā)生、神經(jīng)元遷移及神經(jīng)環(huán)路建立等過(guò)程的形成模式及腦疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步輔助神經(jīng)細(xì)胞圖譜及認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)的繪制及解析。
